(Text of the letter above)

Dear Terry,

It was a real pleasure finally getting to meet the man my cousin Celeste referred to as her “ sensitive, knowledgeable financial advisor and friend.” As Celeste became frailer in recent times, I had tried discreetly to monitor her business affairs a little more closely, but I quickly learned that I need not be concerned.

Celeste remained quite aware of her financial situation, largely because you contacted her on a regular basis, discussed every transaction thoroughly, and then followed up with a written summary of each conversation. No wonder Celeste described you in such glowing terms.

Be assured her family appreciates your conscientious and compassionate attention to her needs – rare qualities not often found in today’s frantic business world.
